Lillington Consultancy Ltd was established in July 2000 to provide specialist transport engineering consultancy services to the private and public sector.
Andrew Lillington is the principal consultant, traffic engineer and director of Lillington Consultancy.
Andrew is a chartered transport planner with 25 years experience in transportation engineering and is a specialist in junction feasibility design and modelling using LinSig3, ARCADY and PICADY (Junctions 10) and TRANSYT.
